On October 17 and 18 2005, the “2nd International Conference of Self-control and Food Safety - Kausal 2005” was held at the Palacio Euskalduna in Bilbao. The Organising Committee wishes to express its gratitude to all the speakers and delegates for their contribution to making the Conference such a success. Nor should we forget the sponsors who provided their economic support and whose corporate links are at your disposal.

Through this website we should like to maintain the spirit of the “2nd International Conference of Self-control and Food Safety - Kausal 2005” alive, by publishing the conclusions, talks and papers of those who took part in the Conference. The website contains a number of photographs of the event, which you can download, and in the links section we will place all the documents on APPCC/HACCP drawn up by the different Autonomous Communities and Central Organisations. Our intention is that this website will continue providing information when the 3rd Conference is prepared, which we hope will take place in the not too distant future.
