 Following the Congress, we wish to thank all those who attended this fourth edition for their support and congratulate the speakers on the technical quality they contributed and also thank our collaborators and sponsors for their help.

The Congress will admit original communications, not accepting communications presented at other scientific meetings or that have already been published.
Communications will be free and in Oral or Poster format.
The Scientific Committee will make the assessment and selection of communications, by assessing the scientific quality, originality and interest, practical application and clarity in the presentation of results, deciding whether the presentation should be by oral or poster communication.
